Vernier height gauges give the exact height of the top roll to one hundredth of an inch for repeatable results.
The compact double reduction gearbox makes the drive from the handwheel smooth and easy. It is totally enclosed for safety and is maintenance free.
The bed is manufactured from a heavy-duty industrial laminate with our unique registration grid built into the easy to clean surface. This tough, corrosion free material is ideal for press beds. The bed is fitted with both safety stops and safety strap to prevent accidental discharge of the bed. The bed can be stored vertically using the fixings provided on the stand.
Extension arms support and guide the bed as it exits the pressure rolls, preventing variations in pressure due to the weight of the bed. The arms have been designed with safety in mind to minimise finger trap points.

Once set, the height adjustment can be locked to prevent accidental movement of the setting. The ability to adjust the press, quickly and accurately greatly improves the flexibility of the press.
The availability is also improved as the press no longer becomes set for a particular gauge of plate or block.
